Mail forwarding only: [OPTION A] Our Liverpool mail box and accommodation address service is used by big overseas companies and small one-man businesses working from home, and others for private use. We have a number of existing clients including: Technicians, Electricians, Plumbers, Doctors, Builders, Accountants, Private Detectives and Solicitors. We will give you a “virtual” suite number so that you can use our address for all your mail. (eg, Suite 32, St Andrew’s House, Garston View, Liverpool L19 2NL). All mail will be forwarded to you as often as you like, or you can come in and collect it between 8am and 6pm weekdays. We will happily sign for recorded/registered postal items. Meeting room: As a registered client, you will also be able to have meetings in our meeting room (2-8 people). There is a nominal charge payable, and the room must be pre-booked. We cannot guarantee that the room will be available when you want it. Costs: NO SETUP FEE! £15 per month or £165 per annum if paid in advance (+vat). All postage charged at cost. A £50 deposit is required to cover postage charges etc. Minimum contract term 6 months, payable 6 monthly in advance. |
Mail forwarding and telephone answering and fax forwarding: [OPTION B] With this service, we will personally answer the phone (between 8am and 6pm weekdays) saying “St Andrew’s”, as if it is your own office. We will then take a message from the caller, and either email or fax you the message details or simply hold onto them until you call us to check your messages (whatever you prefer). We will not divulge to the caller that you do not have a permanent physical office at our centre. You may also make use of our central fax number – we will fax these onto you or post them out to you, or simply await your instructions. Mail forwarding (see above) and use of meeting room (see above) are included in this service. Costs: NO SETUP FEE! £30 per month or £330 per annum if paid in advance (+vat). All postage charged at cost. A £50 deposit is required to cover postage charges etc. Minimum contract term 6 months, payable 6 monthly in advance. Up to 20 telephone calls/faxes permitted per week after which there will be a charge of 20 pence per message. |
